The truth is that at at basic level it is relatively easy to knock up a web page. It is of course also true that, at basic level, it is also easy to do bit of plumbing, or electrical work. The tricky bit comes when you want to either do a bit more than the basic stuff, or need a professional job done quickly and there you will need some help.
